Sign up today at the link below for an initial health screening to find out if you are at high risk for a stroke. You will be speaking with a study coordinator and will review together a stroke risk assessment tool provided by the American Heart Association (AHA) and American Stroke Association (ASA).
This meeting will be conducted virtually due to the current COVID-19 pandemic using a video chat platform sponsored by UW-Madison called Cisco Webex. If you do not have a web-enabled device or access to reliable internet, an option will be made available to talk over the phone. When signing up, we will ask for some basic information along with email address or phone number to contact you.
We expect the meeting to take no longer than 25 minutes but will provide extra time for any questions. At the end, the study coordinator will provide more information about the research study and invite you to participate if you meet the criteria.
